Multi-Stage Quality Inspections
Incoming Material Inspection
Raw material chemical composition testing, physical property verification, and certificate validation for every batch of steel, shafts, and bearings.
In-Process Inspection
Stage-wise dimensional checking during machining, welding quality inspection (visual + NDT), and assembly verification with documented checkpoints.
Non-Destructive Testing
Ultrasonic testing (UT), magnetic particle inspection (MPI), and dye penetrant testing (DPT) on all critical welds and components.
Dynamic Balancing
Computer-controlled dynamic balancing to ISO 1940 Grade G6.3 or G2.5 for vibration-free operation at all speeds.
Final Dimensional Inspection
Complete dimensional verification with CMM and precision instruments. Comparison against engineering drawings and tolerance requirements.
Paint, Packing & Dispatch
Shot blasting, primer + topcoat application, proper identification marking, and export-grade packing before dispatch.
